During her time at Thompson Dunn, Charlotte has conducted assessments for recruitment and leadership development. She has administered a broad range of psychometric data and provided both verbal and written feedback. Charlotte has also created coaching programmes that enable clients to identify their unique characteristics and needs, and to formulate their own solutions.
Charlotte particularly enjoys working collaboratively with individuals. By developing her understanding of their vision, objectives and priorities, and combining it with her knowledge of human behaviour, she has been able to make recommendations that have helped to increase performance, productivity and job satisfaction.
Charlotte has had work experience in various sectors, including translating, advertising and marketing, and personal finance. She also enjoys working voluntarily for the community. Most recently, she was involved in Kingston Borough Council Children Fund’s ‘Big Buddy’ project. This is a proactive one-to-one mentoring service, which aims to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged children by helping them to reach their fullest potential and prevent more serious problems developing at a later stage. .
