Lawrence studied Psychology at Metropolitan University, before embarking on his Masters in Organisational Psychology at City University in London.
Lawrence’s work with Thompson Dunn sees him administering personality and ability measures to clients and preparing and delivering verbal and written client feedback. He also provides Career Transition consulting to clients, who are seeking a new challenge, but may not necessarily know where their key strengths or interests lie. His experience of Graduate training programmes and assessment centres means he is well positioned to advise on their successful design and implementation.
Prior to working for Thompson Dunn, Lawrence graduated from University College London with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering; he followed this with a two year spell working in commercial banking. He undertook this career change in order to realise his desire to work with clients in a manner allowing him to witness the positive difference he was making.
