Mellissa studied Psychology in both Australia and the UK, before undertaking her Masters in Occupational Psychology at London Metropolitan University.
Within Thompson Dunn, Mellissa administers of a variety of different personality and ability measures, alongside verbal and written feedback to clients. Her specific focus and interests include Motivation for Improved Performance, Career Change transition, Coaching and Personal Development, and Organisational and Culture change.
Prior to working for Thompson Dunn, Mellissa graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, after which Mellissa worked in a variety of accounting and finance type roles, in both commercial and not-for-profit sectors. After 5 years of work experience, Mellissa sought a change of career with more meaning and purpose, however her financial understanding and experience continue to be relevant in her consulting capacity.
