Phil studied Psychology at Metropolitan University before completing his Masters in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck College in London.
With Thompson Dunn, he has consulted internationally in the logistics sector and in the UK accountancy, IT and drinks distribution sectors. His specific focus and interests now include individual and group management assessment practice, executive leadership coaching and consulting on organizational mentoring schemes. Phil leads Thompson Dunn’s Myers Briggs workshops from the London office and relishes the challenge of integrating this service to incorporate the real business challenges of his clients.
Prior to qualifying as a psychologist, Phil worked in a variety of sales and marketing focused roles within the media industry – book publishing export sales, online marketing and subscription data sales. After 10 years of sales experience Phil sought a change of direction, however his client facing skills and experience continue to be drawn upon in his consulting capacity.
